Job Description

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Liverpool team. This role is vital for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximising revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a knack for identifying client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Understand and articulate the value of our services to clients.
  • Work closely with marketing to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
