Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Support Executive and help drive our sales operations forward. Your duties will involve maintaining customer records, tracking sales performance, and supporting marketing initiatives through effective communication. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to engage with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support to the sales team with administrative duties.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to orders.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing client meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases for accuracy.
  • Compile and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Work with marketing to assist in promotional activities and targeted campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage

  • 2+ years in a similar sales support role
