Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will lead teams, manage site operations, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and provide updates to upper management.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage inventory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Track progress against project milestones and report discrepancies.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Implement sustainable practices within construction processes.
• Ensure the project's completion aligns with client expectations.
• Facilitate training and upskilling of project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of construction site management experience

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in AutoCAD: Ability to read and create construction drawings using AutoCAD.
