Job Description

As an Intelligence Senior Sergeant, you will lead a team of intelligence personnel in gathering, analysing, and disseminating critical intelligence. Your leadership will guide operations and reinforce decision-making processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intelligence personnel and facilitate efficient operations and information flow.
• Compile and present intelligence analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities and methodologies.
• Develop training programmes for new personnel.
• Assess the impact of intelligence activities on operational outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Intelligence Operations or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in intelligence and operations with supervisory experience preferred.
