Job Description

As a General Practitioner at CareHealth Group in Swansea, you will provide holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health issues. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall health of our community, making a significant impact on patient lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead patient consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Advise on necessary treatment plans and medication regimens.
  • Coordinate care with nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
  • Participate in case meetings and share insights on patient progress.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management.
  • Monitor and assess patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of service delivery enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualified medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Postgraduate training in Family Medicine is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in primary care settings
