Conduit Reamer Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conduit Reamer Operator to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to ream and smooth the inside of metal conduit pipes, ensuring that these are ready for the installation of electrical wiring.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain equipment used for reaming and polishing electrical conduit products.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications before installation.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper packaging.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancements.
• Keep the workspace clean and follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in metalworking or construction preferred

Experience

• Experience working in the construction industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Machinery maintenance
• Electrical wiring knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
