Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Textile Cutting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in operating textile cutting machines, ensuring quality and precision in fabric production.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain textile cutting machines for efficient fabric production.
  • Inspect and analyse cutting patterns for accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with other operators and departments to meet production targets.
  • Maintain an organised and clean workspace, adhering to safety standards.
  • Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
  • Record production figures and report on operational metrics.
  • Implement best practices for machine performance and output.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in textile manufacturing is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in textile cutting or related field
