Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Optimization Analyst to join our team in Watford. In this role, you will focus on streamlining warehouse operations and enhancing supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
• Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective logistics solutions.
• Manage projects aimed at improving warehouse layouts and workflows.
• Utilize data analysis to forecast inventory needs and trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any operational issues and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• SAP or Oracle ERP Software
• Operational Efficiency Metrics

Certifications

• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
