Job Description

Join our team as a Bank Teller Machine Mechanic, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of bank teller machines. We’re looking for an individual with a strong mechanical and electrical background who can ensure these machines are operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Install and calibrate teller machines per guidelines.
• Conduct routine service checks and immediate repairs.
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Implement software updates as required.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Document all service records accurately.
• Respond promptly to troubleshooting calls.
• Educate bank staff on machine maintenance.
• Keep abreast of machine technology updates.
• Provide efficient customer service during field calls.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• Prior experience with bank teller machine models is advantageous.
