Job Description

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Collator Operator to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating collating machines and ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up collating machines prior to production runs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilise basic mechanical skills to perform minor repairs on equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Basic understanding of printing processes

Experience

• Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Collator operation

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with printing machinery: Familiarity with various types of printing equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of Lean concepts to enhance production efficiency.
