Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Mover. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely moving furniture, boxes, and other items from one location to another, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient packing and protective measures for delicate items.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and execute timely deliveries.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Assist in training new team members on moving techniques and safety protocols.
• Develop strategies to optimize routes for timely deliveries.
• Ensure the moving vehicle meets cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Stay informed on best practices for handling different types of goods.
• Manage inventory of moving supplies and equipment.
• Utilize technology for tracking and inventory during moves.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license preferred

Experience

• Knowledge of proper lifting and moving techniques

Technical Skills

• Customer service skills
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Additional certifications related to moving and transportation

Languages

• English: Fluent
