Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Heating Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various heating systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out heating system installations and repairs in domestic and commercial properties.
• Advise clients on the best heating solutions to meet their needs.
• Work collaboratively with contractors and other tradespeople on site.
• Ensure all installations conform to industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Heating Mechanic certification or equivalent
• Vocational training in Heating and Ventilation

Experience

• 5 years of experience in heating system installation and repair.

Technical Skills

• Renewable Energy Systems
• Diagnostic Tools

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Underfloor Heating: Knowledge of underfloor heating systems and installation practices.
