Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Milling and Planing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the setup and operation of various milling machines to produce high-quality products in line with customer specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various milling and planing machines effectively.
• Interpret engineering drawings to perform accurate setups.
• Monitor operations and quality during production, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working area.
• Assist with machine calibration and servicing as required.
• Document production outputs and conduct necessary reporting.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certificate in machining or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 2-5 years of experience in machining or woodworking roles

Languages
