Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to oversee and enhance our training programs in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing effective learning resources and facilitating training sessions to optimise employee performance and engagement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design training materials and resources to promote engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend external training providers when appropriate.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.
  • Manage the training budget and control costs associated with training activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Training Design Advanced skills in designing engaging training programs.
  • Facilitation Skills Proven experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Learning Management Systems Familiarity with various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork Excellent ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Training Certificate from a recognised institution
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with compliance training: Experience in developing and delivering compliance training programs.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse training needs and outcomes effectively.
