Job Description

As a Bank Appraiser, you will be responsible for assessing the value of real estate properties and reviewing loan applications to ensure compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver accurate appraisals and provide guidance on lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reports for underwriting and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate appraisal findings to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Actively monitor relevant market data to inform appraisals.
• Support the real estate team in general operations and processes.
• Participate in training sessions for ongoing professional development.
• Network within the industry to source leads and partnerships.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards in all appraisal practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the appraisal, mortgage, or real estate sectors.
