Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tobacco Packing Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining tobacco packing machines efficiently and safely. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues will ensure the smooth production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the tobacco packing machines according to standard procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, identify and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adjust machine settings, such as speed and tension, to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record production data, including quantities produced and downtime.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality control guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the tobacco industry is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
