Weight and Inspection Coordinator

Job Description

As a Weight and Inspection Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with all relevant weight and measurement regulations. Your efforts will ensure the accuracy of weights for goods and products, carrying out audits and inspections that uphold regulatory standards and enhance our quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of standard operating procedures for weight inspection.
• Lead audits and compliance checks to verify adherence to ISO 9001 or similar standards.
• Prepare and present reports on audit findings and compliance status to management.
• Advise on corrective actions for any discrepancies found during inspections.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation in line with industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is a plus.

Languages
