Job Description

As a Loading Unit Tool Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the production process. Your primary responsibility will be setting up and loading tools used in manufacturing, ensuring they are calibrated correctly and functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

• Install and adjust tooling components based on production requirements.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and repairs.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Work closely with engineers to improve tool performance and efficiency.
• Train new staff on tool setup and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Relevant technical training or a diploma is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
