Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our blending plant. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the blending process, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of blending processes and troubleshoot any issues.
• Assist in preparing production reports and maintaining inventory records.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits and participate in equipment safety checks.
• Work alongside logistics staff to manage raw material deliveries.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance for continual improvement.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production role
