Job Description
We are looking for a Fuel Oil Clerk to manage our fuel oil inventory and process customer orders. You will coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee fuel oil inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and replenishment.
Process and track fuel oil orders, coordinating logistics for timely delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information on orders and availability.
Work closely with logistics to optimise delivery schedules and routes.
Ensure that all employment records related to transactions are meticulously maintained.
Support the sales team with customer-related documentation.
Assist in training new staff on inventory management practices.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the oil or energy sector
