Job Description

Are you a dedicated French Language Instructor looking for your next challenge? In this role, you will design and implement effective lesson plans, provide support to learners, and cultivate a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and motivation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement creative lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
  • Assess student performance through regular quizzes and evaluations.
  • Encourage students to practice conversational French in real-life scenarios.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Support students in their language acquisition journey and build their confidence.
  • Implement technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
  • Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
  • Promote a love for the French language through engaging activities.
  • Stay updated on language teaching trends and innovations.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Language Studies to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, French Language, or related field
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching French
