Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Language Instructor to join our dedicated team in Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful language instruction to students, fostering a love for language learning and enhancing communication skills. Experience in teaching English as a Second Language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality language instruction to students based on their individual learning needs.
• Utilise various teaching resources, including technology and multimedia.
• Encourage student engagement through discussions, group work, and cultural activities.
• Evaluate language assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in achieving their language certification goals.
• Network with external organizations for language promotion and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Advocate for student needs and facilitate access to learning resources.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or Linguistics preferred
• TEFL/TESOL certification required

Experience

• 3+ years of teaching experience in a language environment.
