Job Description
As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple retail locations within your area. You will ensure that each store meets performance targets while upholding our commitment to customer service and employee development.
Responsibilities
Drive the execution of operational initiatives across multiple sites.
Establish performance benchmarks for assessing store success.
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within and among stores.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive working environment.
Act as a liaison between upper management and store teams to facilitate communication.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
Relevant further qualifications or certifications are advantageous
Experience
5+ years in area management or similar roles
