Job Description

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the company, engaging with customers and assisting them in their shopping experience. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and create a friendly shopping environment.
• Manage inventory levels and stock shelves as needed.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to company policy.
• Assist with store layout changes and visual merchandising.
• Report sales and customer feedback to the management.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store through teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A-levels or equivalent qualifications are a plus.

Experience

• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Sales Reporting

• Negotiation
• Empathy

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in fashion retail: Background in fashion retail is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends: Awareness of current fashion trends is a plus.
