Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality products while ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine operations, ensuring all setups are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues during production to maintain flow.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights on production performance.
• Assist in the training of junior staff on best practices and operational standards.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM Software: Experience with CAD/CAM tools for design and production workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards: Understanding of ISO manufacturing quality standards.
