Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our passionate team in St Albans. This role involves monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for site staff on study protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives.
  • Prepare site visit reports and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to data discrepancies or protocol deviations.
  • Promote patient safety and ethical conduct throughout the trial process.
  • Manage trial supplies and ensure appropriate storage conditions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Clinical Research
  • Master's degree in relevant discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical research experience is preferred
