Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Glasgow. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, support healthcare professionals, and enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate administrative functions within the healthcare facility.
  • Support clinical staff and assist in patient management tasks.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Monitor compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain reports on facility operations.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication for operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to admin staff on new policies.
  • Manage patient feedback and recommendations for service improvement.
  • Participate in strategic planning for facility enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Health
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare or administrative settings
