Job Description

Join our Liverpool-based healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on patient care through direct involvement in assessments, treatments, and health education.

Responsibilities

  • Perform health assessments and formulate care plans.
  • Engage in patient education and promote overall health and wellness.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Support administrative staff in managing patient flow and clinic operations.
  • Lead health improvement initiatives within the community.
  • Assist in training and mentorship of junior nursing staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance care delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s in Nursing or Advanced Practice Nursing
  • Current nursing registration in the UK
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Nurse Practitioner
