Health Policy Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Policy Analyst to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Health Policy Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing and shaping health policies and systems, ensuring that they effectively meet the needs of the public.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on health policy issues.
• Develop and implement recommendations for improving healthcare systems.
• Engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and opinions on health policies.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their implications on public health.
• Draft policy briefs and recommendations for consideration by senior management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented policies and provide feedback for improvements.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate informed policy discussions.
• Provide training and support related to health policy analysis for other team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is highly preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in health policy
