Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Supervisor with solid experience in overseeing and improving manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing operations and ensuring product quality within our Armagh facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring productivity and safety.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead and promote continuous improvement efforts in the workplace.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve product defects.
• Maintain documentation related to production activities and quality standards.
• Coordinate with HR for staffing needs and team development.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision

Certifications
