Job Description

As a Supply Coordinator, you will take charge of overseeing the coordination and management of supply chain processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and timely delivery while fostering effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and forecast supply needs.
• Liaise with suppliers for order fulfilment and delivery
• Conduct regular audits of stock levels and inventory.
• Ensure all supply chain operations adhere to company policies.
• Prepare analytical reports on supply chain performance.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and greater efficiency.
• Assist in supplier relationship management and negotiations.
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely service delivery.
• Offer training to new team members in supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Advanced certifications in supply chain management are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a supply chain or logistics position

Technical Skills

• Oracle
• Inventory Management Software

• Strong organisational skills
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
