Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated team. You will provide support and counselling to individuals and families facing emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in a supportive and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Facilitate support groups and community outreach programs.
  • Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
  • Document treatment outcomes and adjust approaches as necessary.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health and wellness strategies.
  • Participate in research initiatives to contribute to evidence-based practice.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and external service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Social Work is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health settings.
