As a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Operator at Innovative Textiles Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain machinery that processes and packages textiles, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot textile winding and twisting machines.
• Ensure quality control by regularly inspecting products throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently.
• Document production data and maintain logs for inventory management.
• Conduct machine performance audits and suggest improvements.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing or textile production is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in textile manufacturing highly desirable
