We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Presbyterian Clergy to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with church staff to develop programs that support the spiritual growth of the congregation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead worship services, conducting sermons and administering sacraments.
  • Provide pastoral care, guidance, and support to church members and their families.
  • Organize and facilitate church events, programs, and workshops to strengthen community ties.
  • Engagement with the local community through outreach and service projects.
  • Promote spiritual education and mentoring for congregants through various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with church leadership in vision planning and decision-making.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages spiritual growth and inclusion.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Divinity or a related field
  • Ordained as a Presbyterian minister
  • Excellent communication Exceptional communication skills for preaching and pastoral care.
  • Conflict resolution Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within a community context.
  • Leadership Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire congregational members.
  • Empathy Compassionate and empathetic approach to pastoral care.
  • Team collaboration Experience in working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Advantageous
  • Experience with youth ministry: Prior experience working with youth and organising relevant programmes.
  • Familiarity with community outreach: Experience with planning and executing social justice and community service initiatives.
