The Clean Energy Site Manager will oversee the management and execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring successful operations across various sites. You will be pivotal in implementing clean energy systems such as wind and solar, engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure projects meet industry standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of clean energy installations, including wind and solar sites.
  • Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Train and mentor site staff to enhance performance and safety compliance.
  • Monitor environmental impact and sustainability practices of projects.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments on project sites.
  • Communicate progress and issues to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and attend site inspections.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
  • Project Management In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Renewable Energy Systems Experience in managing solar and wind energy installations.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead teams in a project management environment.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Certified Project Manager (PMP)
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in Financial Management for Projects: Knowledge in managing budgets and financial control for energy projects.
  • Second Language Skills: Ability to communicate in a second language, particularly in communities where projects are based.
