Job Description

As a Lock Corner Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the production line, ensuring that machinery operates at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for loading materials, conducting quality checks, and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lock corner machines for specific production runs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Document production data accurately and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications

Experience

• Experience in the packaging or woodworking industry is advantageous.

Languages

Advantageous
