As a Technical Writing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of documentation efforts, ensuring our products are supported by clear, concise, and informative materials. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering technical insights, and translating complex information into easily digestible content.

Responsibilities

• Create and update user guides and manuals based on product updates and user feedback.
• Conduct research to understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear documentation.
• Maintain document versioning and organization for easy retrieval and updating.
• Implement best practices in technical writing and contribute to the documentation strategy.
• Conduct training sessions for users to help them understand product functionalities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, ideally in a software development environment

Technical Skills

• API Documentation
• User Experience (UX) Writing

Certifications

• Professional Writer's Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
