Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests and ensure quality metrics meet targets.
• Review and improve existing testing processes and tools.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the QA team.
• Mentor junior QA team members as needed.
• Participate in sprint planning and review sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role or relevant experience in software development

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages
