We are seeking a Bridge Engineer in Aberdeen with a strong background in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative bridge design and construction, ensuring adherence to safety standards. You will be involved in projects from inception through completion, working collaboratively with our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of bridge projects from conception to completion.
• Review design plans to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Prepare and present technical reports to clients and management.
• Identify areas for innovation within the design process.
• Work closely with local authorities and stakeholders to comply with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an asset

Experience

• 8 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on bridges.
