Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Training and Development Manager to join our London office. In this role, you will assess the training needs of our employees, devise effective training solutions, and implement programmes that drive both personal and professional growth. Your strategic approach to learning and development will be vital in fostering a skilled and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance appraisals.
  • Create and execute developmental training plans for both new and existing staff.
  • Monitor and analyse training feedback to improve future sessions.
  • Work with external training providers to source high-quality learning materials.
  • Lead initiatives that promote professional growth and advancement.
  • Assist with onboarding processes by providing training resources for new hires.
  • Encourage employee participation in training and development activities.
  • Utilise e-learning platforms and other technologies to enhance training delivery.
  • Promote training as a key element of career development within the company.
  • Maintain compliance with training-related regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development
