Job Description

As a Computer Software Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in empowering our workforce. You will design and deliver training programs tailored to diverse software applications, ensuring that our employees gain the skills they need to thrive in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions for various skill levels.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and software updates to keep training materials current.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and learning needs.
  • Collect participant feedback to drive continuous improvement in training offerings.
  • Provide insightful assessments regarding employee progress and suggest developmental activities.
  • Develop and implement e-learning modules using current tools and technologies.
  • Encourage a culture of self-directed learning among employees.
  • Assess and utilise relevant software tools in the training process to streamline learning.
  • Champion training initiatives that align with company goals and employee performance.
  • Mentor junior trainers and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Technology-related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in training and development, specifically in a tech environment.
Technical Skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
