Job Description

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in managing our stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy within our dynamic supply chain environment. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline processes, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and control initiatives to align with organisational goals.
• Ensure inventory records are maintained in accordance with established standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance inventory management software functionalities.
• Develop and provide training materials for staff regarding inventory processes.
• Assist in the management of stock rotation and expiration dates.
• Monitor and evaluate inventory storage conditions to optimise performance.
• Act as a point of contact for inventory inquiries and issues.

Requirements

Education

• HND or equivalent in Logistics, Business, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory control

• Inventory Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
