Job Description
The Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender will be responsible for operating equipment to shape and form metal components, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the forging process.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure efficient workflows.
Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
Assist in inventory control and supply management.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational program in metalworking or a related field is preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience operating forging machines or similar metalworking equipment
