Job Description

The Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender will be responsible for operating equipment to shape and form metal components, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the forging process.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
  • Assist in inventory control and supply management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational program in metalworking or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience operating forging machines or similar metalworking equipment
