We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will assist lead teachers in providing a supportive learning environment that enhances students' educational experience. Responsibilities include helping with lesson planning, supervising students, and creating educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the emotional and educational needs of students.
• Contribute to a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Facilitate group activities and promote teamwork among students.
• Provide feedback on student behavior and achievement to lead teachers.
• Assist in the assessment of student progress and report findings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Education or Child Development

Experience

• Previous experience in a teaching or educational support role preferred
