We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Advisor to join our growing team in Dundee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, investment strategies, and risk management. The role will entail advising clients on financial decisions that impact their strategic objectives and overall business success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on financial planning and capital structure optimization.
  • Analyze financial data to develop actionable insights for improving financial performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients to provide tailored advice.
  • Support the CFO in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
  • Facilitate financial seminars and workshops to enhance client understanding of market conditions.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is preferred
  • Financial Analysis Proficient in conducting in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Valuation Techniques Experienced in various valuation methodologies including DCF and market comparisons.
  • Risk Management Strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying financial concepts.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills, capable of solving complex financial problems.
  • Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
  • English (Fluent)
