Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Scutcher Tender to join our team. The Scutcher Tender will be responsible for operating and maintaining scutching machines, ensuring the efficient processing of textile fibers. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of textile manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate scutching machines safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine checks and adjustments to machinery to ensure top performance.
• Document production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Communicate any machine issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new staff on scutching operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in scutching or related textile manufacturing field

Technical Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic Mechanical Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience with scutching machines: Hands-on experience operating and maintaining scutching machines.
• Knowledge of textile fiber properties: Understanding the characteristics and processing of various textile fibers.
