Responsibilities

  • Research market trends to guide product development.
  • Conduct analytical testing of food components.
  • Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Assist in scale-up processes for new products.
  • Develop training materials for production staff.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on food science topics.
  • Prepare documentation for product launches.
  • Ensure that all products meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or similar field
  • PhD in Food Science is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the food industry
