As a Tobacco Stemmer, you will play a crucial role in the de-stemming of tobacco leaves, ensuring that the product is primed for further processing. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols while operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of tobacco processing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control metrics.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Follow directions from the Operations Manager and assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
