Job Description

As an Agricultural Equipment Operator, you will be tasked with the operation and maintenance of harvester equipment, ensuring the optimal harvest of crops. The ideal candidate will have experience in machinery operation and a solid understanding of agricultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all equipment is operated in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading harvested materials.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and issues to the Forestry Manager.
• Support other team members and assist with additional forestry-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in harvester operation and maintenance is desired

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in agricultural equipment operation, particularly harvesting machinery.

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
