Responsibilities
Design experiments to test food formulations for quality and safety.
Work with suppliers to source quality ingredients.
Document all research processes and findings for future reference.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
Participate in product launches and develop marketing strategies.
Maintain a safe and sanitary laboratory environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related discipline
Postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
